By contacting us, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to seasonal availability
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders
• Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone call or the contact form
• Prices are confirmed at the time of order and may vary seasonally
• Payment is accepted in cash, UPI or bank transfer as agreed
• We may cancel orders if products become unavailable

4. Delivery

• We deliver within Gujarat; delivery timelines are estimates
• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order size
• You must provide an accurate delivery address
• Delays due to weather, transport or other factors are not our liability

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted if products are damaged or incorrect upon delivery
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• Perishable items (fresh fruits, vegetables) cannot be returned after delivery
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

6. Communication Consent

By placing an order or contacting us, you consent to receive order updates and relevant communications via SMS, WhatsApp or email. You may opt out at any time by informing us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images and branding — is the property of Dhanlaxmi Agro Products and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
