Are your products certified organic?
Many products are certified under NPOP standards. Others are grown by our partner farmers using traditional, chemical free methods, and we tell you which is which when you order.
How do you keep things fresh?
We source directly from farms and deliver within 24 to 48 hours. Grains and spices are stored in clean, dry conditions until they are packed for you.
How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp, call us, or use the contact form. We confirm the price and delivery time before anything is packed.
How can I pay?
Cash, UPI or bank transfer, as agreed at the time of order. We never store card details.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Rajasthan. For other states, get in touch and we will arrange a special shipment where we can.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with your requirements and we will send a quote and a delivery schedule.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you within 5 to 7 working days. Fresh fruit and vegetables cannot be returned once delivered.
